摘要: Abstract Objective: Our goal was to evaluate the effect of intrauterine diethylstilbestrol exposure on ovarian reserve. Study design: Four hundred two women underwent reserve screening. Twenty had exposure, and 382 did not have exposure. The groups were compared regarding age, incidence diminished reserve, cycle length. Nine with 204 without comparison total human menopausal gonadotropin dose, day chorionic administration, peak estradiol level, number mature follicles. Results: diethylstilbestrol-exposed similar in age (37 ± 3.4 years) non-diethylstilbestrol-exposed (35 4.4 years, p > 0.05). Three 20 exposed (15.8%) 57 nonexposed (15.3%) ( = 0.41). When subjects, amounts (30 10 vs 33.7 10.6 ampules) required achieve levels (633 323 817 518 pg/ml) comparable numbers follicles (5.7 2.7 5.4 2.8) administration Conclusions: a follicular response gonadotropins.
