Tissue harvested > 6 mm pockets ≤ 3 sulcus a quadrant same patient using curettes. Moreover, unstimulated whole saliva was gathered as shedding medium. Taq-man Real-Time Polymerase Chain Reaction assay used identify genomic copies HCMV EBV. Data were analyzed by Wilcoxon-signed ranks Friedman tests SPSS 16 software. Results: Out tissues taken periodontitis, EBV count highest least sample PD (P < 0.05). Conclusions: According results study, quantification observed is high severe periodontitis.
