摘要: Despite the continuous increase of investment in Information and Communication Technologies (ICT), research has not persuasively established corresponding productivity increases. In contrast, many studies investigating ICT impact have found no significant relationships between ICT. However, several shortcomings been identified past studies, e.g. measurement errors, redistribution impacts mismanagement This study proposes a methodology for assessing that overcomes these shortcomings. The is tested dataset hotel restaurants UK by using non-parametric technique called Data Envelopment Analysis (DEA). Findings revealed gains do accrue from investments per se, but exploitation “informate” networking capabilities. Suggestions enhancing are provided.
