摘要: The vertical electric field due to charge separation is calculated for a horizontal wind motion periodic with height, latitude, and longitude under magnetical equatorial conditions. It found that the less than (W × B0) in magnitude at magnetic equator presence of curved lines force geomagnetic B0, where W velocity. Thus directly contributes driving electrojet; not curl free. shear mechanism producing ionization irregularities still effective equator, but lower efficiency mid-latitudes. Certain observations are consistent present conclusion.
