摘要: Repeated exposure of adult female Wistar rats to 3-methylcholanthrene (MC) (25 mg kg(-1) b.w., i.p., 2xwk, 1 mo) was associated with a significant increase in estrus cycle length. In addition, an increased frequency females constant diestrus and abnormal cycles observed. Young which had been exposed MC prepubertally or whose parents treated before during mating also demonstrated prolongation incidence cycles. These changes reproductive function were not measurable plasma sex hormone levels. contrast, males reductions circulating testosterone The present data suggest that the offspring who repeatedly are affected. Although central nervous system MC-treated appeared be intact, their oral body temperature significantly lower.
