摘要: Care is necessary when relating physical data obtained at one temperature on compounds showing significant intermolecular interactions to X-ray other temperatures. This revealed by the determination of structure tri(cyclohexyl)tin chloride nine different temperatures between 108 and 298 K. In crystal, molecules pack in chains parallel c axis with Sn Cl atoms close plane, y = 0.25. At low temperature, successive chain are related glide plane space group P21/c, there interaction. As raised, Cy3SnCl···Sn weaken intramolecular Sn−Cl bonds strengthen. about 248 K, an order−disorder transition P21/m halved, room best described as comprising discrete molecules, previously reported.
