摘要: Demineralized bone has been used as an acceptable alternative to fresh autogenous grafting in a variety of clinical reconstructive procedures. With the recent expansion regional and national tissue banks, more implants are being routine applications. Questions raised about bioactivity human demineralized may be resolved by development relevant assays for screening lot banked tissue. Such bioassay could developed based on effects osteoinductive materials cells vitro. Various culture with or its components have reported cell lines embryonic, fetal, neonatal rodent chick tissues cells. In this study, dermal fibroblasts other types expressed features chondroblastic phenotype when cultured powder.
