摘要: Abstract Collagen is sometimes rapidly metabolized in vivo, but clear evidence of proteolysis by tissue enzymes has been lacking. In this study, the solubilization and washed, dissected collagen fibers from rat tail tendons were examined at 38 ° pH 7.4 under influence chemicals to which may be exposed vivo. Trypsin, chymotrypsin, elastase, endopeptidase procarboxypeptidase all solubilized presence calcium salts or salicylates. Arginine, creatinine, guanidine enhanced lowered salicylate levels required. The adsorptive capacity some collagens, particularly for calcium, suggests that adequate concentrations sensitizing agents could occur locally
