摘要: Hepatitis C virus infection has been identified as the major cause of parenterally transmitted hepatitis [1]. Chronic is a problem in patients on maintenance hemodialysis awaiting kidney transplantation [21. Whereas uremia seems to predispose chronic viral carrier status with little inflammatory activity liver, change immune after modified by immunosuppressive drugs causes acceleration liver disease often leading death from failure [3]. For first time an effective therapy became available advent interferon treatment for infection. A bulk evidence accumulated during last decade showing that this benefit nonuremic [4, 5]. However, information presented so far chronically virus-infected uremic treated interferon. Therefore, we conducted study dialysis regard its efficacy suppressing viremia and tolerability side effects. We report result open multicenter trial suffering The was Austrian Association Nephrology.
