摘要: Abstract ING family genes (Inhibitor of Growth) are tumor suppressor that play a vital role in cell homeostasis. It has been shown their expression is lost or diminished many cancers and other diseases. The main mechanisms by which they regulated oncogenesis have not yet fully elucidated. involvement non-coding RNAs (ncRNAs) particular microRNAs (miRNAs) post-transcriptional gene regulation well established. miRNAs short sequences (18–25 nucleotides) can bind to the 3 ′UTR sequence targeted messenger RNA (mRNA), leading its degradation translational repression. Interactions between described some but also opens up new fields investigation, particularly for therapies. In this review, we will summarize regulatory at protein level focus on interactions with ncRNAs.
