摘要: Aqueous suspensions of aspirin or acetaminophen (125 and 250 mg/kg/day) were administered orally to pregnant Sprague-Dawley rats on Days 8-19 gestation Day 20, each rat was sacrificed the uterus examined in situ. Each fetal-placental unit resected examined. Fetuses from given 125 mg/kg/day shorter weighed less than those obtained control rats. In animals receiving higher dose aspirin, placentas smaller number fetal resorptions increased. Acetaminophen (250 did not affect length weight incidence resorption. interfered with normal growth fetus placenta aspirin.
