摘要: We investigated whether sensitization to cow9s milk occurs during malnutrition and alters intestinal ion macromolecular transport. Malnourished guinea pigs received a low-protein diet containing either 4% soy or proteins, well-nourished sensitized controls 26% plus proteins. To assess sensitization, we measured immunoglobulin (Ig) G passive cutaneous anaphylactic (PCA) responses beta-lactoglobulin (beta-Lg) the anaphylaxis, reflected by rise in short-circuit current (delta Isc) induced beta-Lg tissues mounted Ussing chambers. function, ionic conductance unidirectional fluxes of -14C-mannitol -3H-horseradish peroxidase (HRP). In malnourished animals fed IgG, PCA, delta Isc increased more than animals. Ionic mannitol permeability rose both groups. proteins also displayed enhanced HRP. These data suggest that paracellular is due per se, whereas transport seems require sensitization. They indicate anaphylaxis response persistent even experimental malnutrition.
