摘要: We have previously shown that milk sensitization aggravates intestinal dysfunction in the malnourished guinea pigs, suggesting it may also impair recovery from malnutrition. To test this hypothesis, growing pigs were by feeding only maize for 7 d and then refed 21 with a balanced diet containing either intact or hydrolyzed cow's proteins. The control animals received protein 28 d. After an initial period of total inhibition growth owing to maize, gained weight regularly, both diets, there was no evidence mucosal damage at end refeeding period. However, proteins induced sensitization, which demonstrated on systemic level presence anti-β-lactoglubulin IgG1 antibodies, local anaphylaxis measured increase short circuit current β-lactoglobulin (16.4 ± 2.6 µA/cm2) jejunal segments mounted Ussing chambers. Such immune associated impaired permeability, as ionic conductance (21.0 1.6 versus 14.6 0.7 mS/cm2) transepithelial fluxes horseradish peroxidase (537 203 152 ng/h·cm2) significantly increased compared controls. In contrast, difference permeability between controls diet. These data show can develop recovering severe malnutrition full repair.
