摘要: Hemostasis is the normal process that produces a blood clot at site of vascular injury. Mice are widely used to study hemostasis and abnormalities coagulation because their hemostatic system similar in most respects humans, genomes can be easily manipulated create models inherited human disorders. Two techniques for assessing mice tail bleeding time (TBT) saphenous vein (SVB) models. Here we discuss use these methods evaluation hemostasis, advantages limits using as surrogates studying humans.
