摘要: Vitis vinifera is a widespread crop all over the world. The biophenols present in grapes have remarkable influence on wine quality and also confer potential health-protecting properties to this fruit. aim of work was assess beneficial skin, seeds pulp red table (RTG) (Vitis vinifera, Palieri Cadiz variety). Two activities were analyzed: (i) maintenance genomic stability studying their genotoxic/antigenotoxic effects, (ii) vitro cytotoxic effect against tumor cells RTG components. genotoxic and/or antigenotoxic measured applying somatic mutation recombination test wing imaginal discs Drosophila melanogaster. monitored using HL60 human leukemia model evaluate antiproliferative different parts RTG. three major (skin, pulp) are not genotoxic. When antigenotoxicity assays performed hydrogen peroxide as oxidative genotoxin, seed exerted desmutagenic effect, with skin showing most potent effect. cytotoxicity tests indicated that only fractions able inhibit growth, having lowest IC50 (1.8 mg/mL versus 8 pulp). These results suggest anti-mutagens protect DNA from damage well being toward cell line.
