Primers urease C gene Sau-3 Hha I restriction enzymes used polymerase chain reaction-restriction fragment length polymorphism analysis (PCR-RFLP). 14 urea breath ( C-UBT) performed 4 weeks after successfully treated patients observed C-UBT assess status. If negative, it repeated every weeks. positive, endoscopy biopsies. Result: therapy successful 102(85%) patients. Out forty-seven isolates cultured, present 30(64%) 45(98%), respectively. Follow-up C-urea tests all 102 eradicated remained negative up 9 months. However, 6 patients, confirmed recurrence at 6%.
