摘要: Caveolae are membrane-budding structures that exist in many vertebrate cells. One of the important functions caveolae is to form membrane curvature and endocytic vesicles. Recently, it was shown caveolae-like were formed Escherichia coli through expression caveolin-1. This interesting structure seems be versatile for a variety biotechnological applications. Targeting heterologous proteins should first question addressed this purpose. Here we show co-expressed with caveolin-1 embedded into (h-caveolae), cavaolae-like inside cell. Two transmembrane SNARE (soluble N-ethylmaleimide-sensitive factor attachment protein receptor) proteins, Syntaxin 1a vesicle-associated 2 (VAMP2), displayed on h-caveolae surface. The size harboring ∼100 nm diameter. functional faced outward h-caveolae. Multi-spanning FtsH FeoB could included h-caveolae, too. Furthermore, recombinant E. cells endocytose substrate supplemented medium. These results provide basis exploiting future
