摘要: Pretreatment procedures of sugarcane bagasse with lime (calcium hydroxide) or alkaline hydrogen peroxide were evaluated and compared. Analyses performed using 2 × factorial designs, pretreatment time, temperature, loading concentration as factors. The responses the yield total reducing sugars (TRS) glucose released from pretreated after enzymatic hydrolysis. Experiments it comes an alcohol/sugar factory in size range 0.248 to 1.397 mm (12–60 mesh). results show that when hexoses pentoses are interest, should be agent chosen, high TRS yields obtained for nonscreened 0.40 g lime/g dry biomass at 70 °C 36 h.
