摘要: Intracellular calcium handling by fibroblasts from non-insulin dependent diabetic patients with and without hypertension microalbuminuria. ([(Ca 2+ ) i ]) plays a role in many cellular functions, is involved the pathogenesis of some conditions observed (NIDDM), such as insulin resistance. Hyperinsulinemia hyperglycemia are also implicated chronic diabetes complications. It not clear whether disturbances [(Ca ] accounted for only metabolic abnormalities or other mechanisms. The aim this study was to investigate skin NIDDM similar features regarding duration control, but who differ concerning blood pressure levels albumin excretion rate. Using fluorimetric technique indicator Fura-2/AM, we investigated effect exposure glucose on after FGF stimulation alone (NIDDM H+M−) microalbuminuria H+M+) comparison normotensive normoalbuminuric H-M−) control subjects (C). We studied group hypertensive non-diabetic (HYPER). found that (1) increases all subjects; (2) high per se increase H+M+ H+M− respect H-M− C; (3) HYPER show response H+M+; (4) when stimuli combined, have altered C, H+M−, higher values than H-M−. This disorder appears be an intrinsic feature subgroup patients, which persists cultured cells, at least partially independent challenge vivo , could contribute development their renal cardiovascular
