摘要: MRI has become an effective tool for anatomical mice studies. Currently, embryologists study the development of mouse embryos in order to understand mechanisms human development. The aim research presented this paper, is develop a semi-automatic image segmentation framework based 3D deformable models identify cardiac malformations which are major cause death children. systems have been used segment heart structures. Results on ventricles and muscle compared with manually segmented models.
