摘要: Using GAL4 chimeric receptors, we have reported previously that the hormone-binding domain (HBD) of human oestrogen receptor (hER) contains an hormone-inducible transcription activation function. We extended study here to show this function represents major activating in hER HeLa cells. In addition, expressed various exons encoding HBD as fusion proteins and shown none contain a discrete Thus appears be different from recently characterized 'simple' domains, such acidic 'blob' or amphipathic helix, more likely corresponds protein surface created dispersed elements dependent upon three-dimensional folding HBD.
