摘要: Abstract Thermal decompositions of the precursors for chemical solution deposition 0·7 Pb(Mg1/3Nb2/3)O3-0·3 PbTiO3 (0·7PMN-0·3PT) thin films were studied. The prepared from lead acetate or acetylacetone modified by diol based route and dried at 100°C. PT, PMN PMN-PT in air occur stepwise. Between room temperature ∼200°C, weight loss a few per cent is due to evaporation residual solvents. Organic groups decompose ranges 200-400°C 400-650°C. thermal are affected choice Pb compound composition sample.
