摘要: Total and allergen-specific serum IgE were measured in relation to allergic response pattern before after bone marrow transplant (BMT) seven sibling donor/recipient pairs. Two non-atopic recipients developed persistently raised total levels but no apparent BMT from donors; three showed BMT, with the same allergens as their respective atopic donors. A penicillin-tolerant recipient clinical sensitivity specific penicillin a penicillin-sensitive donor, this case both donor levels. One decreased mildly donor. These patterns could occur result of repopulation IgE-specific T lymphocytes having similar regulatory influences The acquired responses would also be consistent reconstitution by primed B origin.
