摘要: RATIONALE: Liquid chromatography (LC) coupled to positive electrospray ionization (ESI) tandem mass spectrometry (MS/MS) employing a time-of-flight spectrometer was established identify multi-components of Zhi-zi-chi decoction, traditional Chinese medicine formula, and the constituents in rat plasma after oral administration decoction. METHODS: The LC separation achieved on C(18) column. mobile phase consisted acetonitrile/0.2% formic acid with gradient program. quadrupole (Q-TOF) operated ion mode an source (ESI+). capillary voltage set at 4500 V exit 90 V. nebulizer pressure maintained 1.2 bar. Hexapole radio frequencies 1 2 were 200 Vpp 250 Vpp, respectively. RESULTS: A total 47 compounds decoction 24 identified. Of detected 15 identified by comparing retention time MS data that reference rest analysis retrieving literature. plasma, 19 original form absorbed from compounds, other five metabolites existing CONCLUSIONS: fast sensitive LC/Q-TOF method has been developed successfully utilized screen active ingredients medical for first time. results indicated potential which provided helpful chemical information further pharmacology mechanism research medicines.
