摘要: Objective The aim of this study was to compare the oral bioavailability and pharmacokinetic data between pure compound major active component, single herbal extract complex formulation by determining geniposide in each group following intravenous administrations. Methods A conscious freely moving rat model used experiment avoid stress caused restraint or anaesthesia. The geniposide, Gardenia fruits (Chinese name: Zhi-Zi), extracts a Zhi-Zi-Chi-Tang) were administered at doses 200 mg/kg, 4.69 g/kg 10.82 g/kg for administration fed gavages rats, respectively. earlier are equivalent dose 200 mg/kg. Key findings The results show that after formulation, 4.23%, 32.32% 27.17%, also suggest extract, herb, is more efficient way compound, absorption than traditional direct administration. Conclusions The conclusion reveals ingredient–ingredient herb–herb interaction may affect geniposide-related formulation.
