miR-186 inhibits cell proliferation of prostate cancer by targeting GOLPH3.

摘要: Prostate cancer is one of the leading causes deaths among men, many miRNAs have been demonstrated to play critical role in progression prostate cancer, miR-186 suppresses tumors, such as bladder and glioma. Previous study shows downregulated tissues, a good prognosis for patients. In this study, we found was cells overexpression inhibited cell proliferation tumorigenesis vitro determined by MTT assay, colony formation assay soft agar growth whereas knockdown reduced these effects. Cell cycle analysis arrested G0/G1 phase, p21 p27 levels, enhanced Cyclin D1 phosphorylation Rb suggesting blocked G1/S transition. A novel oncogene Golgi phhosphoprotein 3 (GOLPH3) target miR-186, bound 3'UTR GOLPH3. Moreover, negatively correlated with GOLPH3 tissues. conclusion, our suggested through targeting
