摘要: Semiconductive thin organic polymer films have been prepared by the plasma polymerization of 1‐benzothiophene. Characteristics polymeric products such as their electrical conductivities, optical properties, and electron spin properties examined in detail. Doping these with iodine has resulted an increase conductivity eight to nine orders magnitude. The molecular structure also discussed.
