摘要: The effect was investigated of varying the plasma excitation frequency in range 125 to 375 kHz upon air/water contact angles polymers prepared from monomers ethylbutyraldehyde (EBA), acetaldehyde (AA), capronaldehyde (CA), and nonyl aldehyde (NA). surfaces EBA, CA, AA films were more hydrophilic when deposited at lower frequencies whereas little dependence observed case NA polymers. Lower correlated with increased amounts C=O O−C=O groups measured by FTIR XPS analyses. effects storage (“aging”) air room temperature properties also studied.
