摘要: Pyrrolizidine, quinolizidine, and indolizidine alkaloids are chemically diverse restricted in distribution. Some similarities structures biosynthesis exist, but as the pathways become more clear, these three major groups of definitely distinct origins. Pyrrolizidine derived from arginine or ornithine possess two fused 5-membered rings that share a nitrogen atom. Quinolizidine lysine have 6-membered Indolizidine ring to involved many plant-herbivore interactions, anthropocentric importance chiefly because their involvement livestock poisoning, although several antitumor activity others used medicinally. The phenanthroindolizidine subgroup alkaloids.
