摘要: Purpose The present retrospective study evaluated various implant surface factors associated with Bicon survival for single-tooth restoration in the healthy individual. Patients and Methods A cohort design was used. total of 613 (Bicon System, Boston, MA) implants (272 patients) were included. Because use hydroxyapatite (HA) coating has been controversial, type chosen according to patient's preference. 308 HA-coated 305 titanium plasma-sprayed (TPS) macroanatomy both types identical. who had systemic disease, poor quality bone, or removable prosthetics excluded from study. chart review conducted record age, gender, diameter, length, installation depth, location, bone grafting. Implant failure recorded, data analyzed using χ2 test logistic regression analysis. Results depth an important prognostic factor implants. rate installed at margin level 2 mm below 10.29% 3.01%, respectively (χ2 = 6.035, P .014). length TPS-treated recorded a less than 10 longer 15.46% 2.40%, 18.414, Conclusion Many can influence TPS Among these, played especially significant role success
