摘要: Mice were infected with lymphocytic choriomeningitis virus and injected once 24 h later a monoclonal antibody directed against gamma interferon. In comparison controls, the increase of numbers CD8+ T cells generation virus-specific cytotoxic lymphocytes in spleens clearance from organs diminished, as was ability spleen to transmit adoptive immunity recipients. The same treatment slightly but consistently lessened rather than augmented titers early infection, which also observed thymusless nu/nu mice. Injection into mice lymphokine itself quantities probably higher are produced endogenously resulted lower livers. achieved by infusion immune not altered treating recipients interferon antibody. Such did measurably affect production antiviral serum antibodies. We conclude that virus-infected mice, is needed for antivirally active lymphocytes, furthermore this experimental model, direct effects elude detection.
