摘要: Aerial parts of Sonchus oleraceus L. were studied for the antioxidant and anti-cholinesterase activities in different solvent fractions. Extracts/fractions analysed total phenolic, flavonoid flavonol contents. The chemical constituents most active extracts/fractions using LC–MS/QTOF positive ion mode. Ethyl acetate butanolic fractions exhibited highest activity DPPH, galvinoxyl phenanthroline assays due to high contents phenolics, flavonoids flavonols. Whereby alkaloid extract had scavenging ABTS•+ assay. Besides, methanolic was noted inhibitory effect against acetylcholinesterase. Total 24 compounds identified by which phenolic acids, sesquiterpene lactones phenylpropanoid derivatives. As conclusion, study revealed that aerial S. are potential sources natural compounds.
