摘要: The GAGA protein of drosophila is a factor involved in epigenetic transcription regulation large gene group controlling developmental processes. In this paper, the role germ cell migration demonstrated as well its effect on gonad development embryogenesis. Mutations Trl gene, encoding factor, prematurely induces active program and relocation primordial cells inward embryo before beginning gastrulation. that separated from main migrate ectopically, lose orientation, stay out development. Expression pattern suggests activity epithelial embryonic blastoderm, part which contact cells. Thus, influences these an indirect manner via their somatic environment.
