摘要: ummary Chloramphenicol plasma levels were measured in adult cattle, sheep and horses after oral intramuscular administration of a single dose 10 mg. chloramphenicol/kg. body weight. The chloramphenicol powder its palmitate given orally. With an interval 1 week was also injected intramuscularly at two injection sites the cervical muscle as 20 % solution. After found only. mean maximum value 0.6 microgram/ml. reached half hour later. In vitro studies with rumen contents indicated that degraded rapidly by microorganisms. Intramuscular however, provoked all animals examined measurable blood chloramphenicol, which regard to maximal level course time, differed from species species. Dosisproblem erfordert weitere Untersuchungen.
