摘要: Abstract This study illustrates an application of the ridit (Relative to Identified Distribution) transformation in analyzing subjective data form cardiac necrosis scores obtained from rats treated with large multiple doses isoproterenol. Animals isoproterenol (80 mg/kg, s.c.) administered twice daily for 2 days served as reference class, and values were calculated gross this group. A relationship between dose severity damage (expressed terms average values) was demonstrated. The interpretation after is discussed.
