摘要: — Two new mutants of Neurospora craasa, designated hth-1 and hth-2, have been isolated which allow clear expression the circadian conidiation rhythm at high temperature (36°C). Both strains showed single-gene segregation produced similar phenotypes but mapped to different genetic loci. These allowed an analysis effect on (1) light-induced phase-shifting rhythm, (2) period length (3) growth rate. The amplitude phase response curve light was drastically reduced as increased from 25°C 34°C. Phase advances were decreased more than delays. As previously reported (Sargent et al., 1966), is temperature-compensated below 30°C (Q10˜ 1) not well-compensated above (Q10 1.3–1.7). decrease in occurred both ranges. Furthermore, Q10 value lowered by addition yeast extract range low range. values for rate also differed these (25–30°C) (30–34°C).
