摘要: Das seltene Krankheitsbild des systemischen Kapillarlecksyndroms verursacht Phasen hypovolamischen Schocks aufgrund einer stark erhohten Flussigkeitsverschiebung in das Interstitium. Wegweisende Laborparameter sind Hamokonzentration, Hypoalbuminamie und eine monoklonale Gammopathie. Eine Manifestation dieses Krankheitsbildes ist Kompartmentsyndrom mit Rhabdomyolyse akutem Nierenversagen. Wir beschreiben den Fall eines Patienten, der auf dem Boden ein beider Unterschenkel linken Unterarms erlitt diskutieren pathophysiologischen Hintergrund.
