摘要: Abstract Electrical stimulation was applied to freely moving rats with various current intensities and frequencies, via electrodes implanted in the nucleus dorsomedialis hypothalami (pars dorsalis), medial forebrain bundle, zona incerta, while concurrent hippocampal electroencephalogram behavior were recorded. Rewarding of dorsomedial hypothalamus, frequencies from 50 150 c/s 25 100 μA, elicited both ipsilateral contralateral records a pronounced rhythmical slow activity ranging 8 12 Hz. bundle aversive identical intensity frequency, accompanied by maximum 7–8 This Hz found be produced during exploratory behavior. These results are discussed respect afferents involved two types activity.
