摘要: Abstract Bone marrow (BM) cells fractioned in Percoll gradients yield a low-density fraction (Fr3) highly enriched suppressor activity. Previously, it has been demonstrated that BM associated activity was mediated by early myeloid cells, through mechanism dependent on endogenous IFNγ and nitric oxide production after bacterial stimuli, e.g. lipopolysaccharide (LPS). However, the mechanism(s) which is produced not yet fully elucidated. Therefore, present study we investigated involvement of IL-12, IL-18 IFNβ cultures Fr3 characterized IFNγ-producing response to LPS. The results show both IL-12 IFNβ, but IL-18, are involved production. only appears be critical Furthermore, found Thy1.2+CD3+ phenotype produce tightly cells. In conclusion, IFNγ- LPS,
