摘要: Resistance to semi-allogeneic or syngeneic hemopoietic stem cell engraftment can be reduced by treating the unirradiated host with anti-class I MHC antibody. In our previous studies we showed a direct correlation between such resistance and level of natural suppressor (NS) activity in host. Thus newborn mice that have high NS are very resistant marrow engraftment, as adults pretreated CFA increases bone marrow. We now devised method allows us follow kinetics within cavity itself assaying individual CFU-granulocyte/macrophage progenitor cells for their donor origin over immediate post-transplant period. By using this method, find close rate reduction activity.
