摘要: Publisher Summary Compositional analysis of glycoconjugates is fundamental importance in the structural characterization these compounds. Commonly employed methods include gas–liquid chromatography (GLC) volatile derivatives sugars and liquid (LC). Recently, high-performance pellicular anion-exchange resins have been shown to provide highly efficient separation unmodified standard monosaccharides as their oxyanion at alkaline pH. Moreover, column effluent can be sensitively specifically quantified by pulsed amperometry. The chapter also discusses detection quantification oligosaccharides. This concludes with a discussion biological samples.
