摘要: Objectives: To assess the pharmacodynamic behavior of cyanoacrylate, streptavidin-coated microbubbles (MBs) and to investigate their suitability for molecular ultrasound imaging. Materials Methods: Biodistribution MBs was analyzed in tumor-bearing mice using γ-counting, immunohistochemistry, flow cytometry, ultrasound. Further, vascular endothelial growth factor receptor 2-antibody coupled were used image tumor neovasculature. Results: After 1 minute >90% cleared from blood pooled lungs, liver, spleen. Subsequently, within hour a decent reincrease MB-concentration observed blood. The remaining removed by liver spleen macrophages. About 30% phagocytosed intact after 48 hours. Shell fragments found kidneys only. No relevant MB-accumulation tumors. In contrast, 2-specific accumulated significantly vasculature (P Conclusions: pharmacokinetic cyanoacrylate has been studied. this context, low amount tumors >5 minutes is beneficial specific targeting angiogenesis.
