摘要: Rural Sustainable Development (RSD) is promoted by the European Union (EU) Common Agricultural Policy (CAP) 2014–2020, and in particular national regional Programmes (RDPs), which are mainly supported Fund for (EAFRD). At sub-regional level, a part of EAFRD managed Local Action Groups (LAGs), decide how to use their own budget within municipalities via bottom-up approach, according most suitable projects available RDP. Nevertheless, research show that different types requalification carried out often not related objectives does usually combine sustainability dimensions spatial features areas. Furthermore, opinions stakeholders should be considered support generation policies strategies. Thus, this aims provide decision making framework makes it tackle above issues identifying type assign certain buildings. Therefore, results facilitate work LAG policy makers planning managing 2014–2020. The combines Multiple Criteria Decision Aiding (MCDA) methods “Analytic Network Process” (ANP) “Dominance-based Rough Set Approach” (DRSA). This was applied territory Apulia Region (Southern Italy) includes 176 ANP application identified optimal quota each showed highest allocated Facilities Accommodations Tourism. second preferred Centres Environmental Education, Recreational Social Facilities, while third Transformation Sale Products. DRSA then Geographic Information System (GIS) order choose requalification, helping fill quota.
