摘要: A method for the determination and quantification of ketosteroid hormones in meat by mass spectrometry, based on derivatization carbonyl moiety steroids O-methylhydroxylamine, is presented. The quantitative assay performed means multiple-reaction-monitoring (MRM) scan mode using corresponding labelled species, obtained reaction with d 3-methoxylamine, as internal standard. accuracy was established evaluating artificially spiked samples, obtaining values range 90–110 %. Recovery tests were blank matrix samples non-natural including trenbolone melengestrol acetate. latter experiment revealed that yield of the extraction processes approximately 60 %. Good LOQ LOD achieved, making this competitive current hormone methods.
