摘要: Recent reports of neural differentiation postnatally derived bone marrow and umbilical cord cells have transformed our understanding the biology cell lineages, differentiation, plasticity. While much controversy remains, it is clear that adult tissues, in particular, are composed part with more diverse lineage capacity than previously thought. Traditionally, cell-based therapies for CNS been from fetal or embryonic origin. By harnessing potential readily-available accessible blood stem cells, substantial ethical technical dilemmas may be circumvented. This review will focus on replacement repair central nervous system. The various isolation protocols, phenotypic properties, methods vivo vitro mesenchymal cells/marrow stromal (MSC), hematopoietic (HSC), multipotent progenitor (MAPCs), (UCBSC) discussed. Current progress regarding transplant paradigms disease models as well transdifferentiation mechanisms presented.
