摘要: The majority of tumors express an isoform the glycolytic enzyme pyruvate kinase, type tumor M2. isoenzyme exists in active tetrameric and a less dimeric form. form is strongly overexpressed cells this new marker thus called M2-PK. This released from quantitatively detectable body fluids by sensitive enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). To establish ELISA for routine diagnostic clinical laboratory, sample stability was evaluated. Therefore, blood samples were collected different ways healthy donors.
