摘要: An optical module including a protrusion with designated shape formed on one of the bottom surface substrate and cavity package, depression to be matched other. The passive alignment between package is achieved by matching without operating luminous element or light receiving element. present invention manufactured after substrate, thereby simplifying manufacturing process shortening time.
