摘要: Abstract Objective : As regular physical exercise improves endothelial dysfunction and promotes cardiovascular health, we investigated the effect of training on angiogenesis by measuring number circulating progenitor cells (EPC), level EPC-mobilizing growth factors tested vascular function flow-mediated dilation (FMD) in patients with coronary artery disease (CAD) risk (CVRF). In addition, degradation products NO pathway (NO x ) were determined. Methods results Twenty documented CAD and/or CVRF joined a 12-week supervised running training. Circulating EPCs – defined surface markers CD34, KDR CD133 measured at baseline after flow cytometry. We found significant increase (2.9 ± 0.4-fold increase; P r = .81, synthesis ( = .83, = .70, = .73, Conclusions Regular augments is associated improved synthesis.
