摘要: The contents of indole-3-acetic acid (IAA), gibberellins (GAs), abscisic (ABA), and cytokinins were determined in ovules normal cotton (Tm-1) a kind fiber differentiation mutant (Xin) before after flowering by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assays. It was found that 24 h flowering, peak IAA content observed Tm-1, whereas Xin, low level determined. From −1 day (1 flowering) to +3 days (3 flowering), GA1+3 levels Xin 40–70% lower than those Tm-1; GA4+7 very low, there no visible difference between cotton. ABA ovule Tm-1 decreased 70% 3 only 20%. kept up steady increase.
