摘要: Abstract A new commercial enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (Adenoclone EIA) using group-specific monoclonal antibodies for the detection of adenoviruses in faeces was evaluated. It found to be as sensitive electron microscopy detecting group F strains (type 40 and 41) but less than isolation cell culture certain other serotypes. however easy use a result available 90 min approximately.
